Quality Assurance Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Team Manager to lead and manage a team of senior quality assurance analysts, oversee quality assurance activities, and ensure delivery of high-quality QA audits.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in the P&C industry, including 4+ years overseeing QA functions and managing high-performing teams.

This role involves collaborating with process owners, compliance, and training teams to identify root causes and recommend corrective/preventive actions. The successful candidate will also prepare reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership and trend reports.

  • Lead and manage a team of senior quality assurance analysts
  • Oversee quality assurance activities across key underwriting back-office processes
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of audit findings
  • Monitor team productivity and manage audit sampling volumes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to calibrate QA standards and reporting practices

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of underwriting processes, policy documentation, and insurance regulatory compliance. They will also be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and QA tools/systems.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; insurance certifications preferred
  • Seasoned P&C industry operations lead with 10-12 years of experience
  • Proven expertise in underwriting processes for different geography regions and business lines
  • Familiarity with vendor governance and multi-tier QA environments
