Lead Assessor for Social Audit

As a seasoned professional in social compliance and auditing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of ethics and responsibility.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Assessor to join our team at Sofomation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Customer service orientation and results-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with individuals of varying socio-economic status.
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing, with at least 200 verifiable social compliance audit days.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is highly desirable.
  • Additional certifications such as SA8000 Auditor, RBA, BSCI, Higg, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Familiarity with international and local labor standards, as well as human rights issues.
  • Frequent travel within India, with occasional international assignments as required.
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing.
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results-driven individual.
