Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Management professional to lead our finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, taxation, or finance, supported by relevant experience and certifications.

This role offers comprehensive exposure to end-to-end finance management, including financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and process improvement. The successful candidate should be proactive, analytical, and capable of driving strategic financial decisions while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
    • Assist in investor reporting and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

  • Controllership & Compliance:

    • Ensure accounting accuracy and statutory compliance (taxation, Companies Act, etc.).
    • Coordinate with auditors and assist with internal and statutory audits.

  • Internal Controls:

    • Design and monitor internal control systems and processes, maintaining accurate documentation and implementing best practices.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with business, legal, and operational teams to ensure alignment and transparency in financial matters.

Requirements:

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, audit, or taxation.
  • Strong articleship background with exposure to finance, audit, or taxation in a mid-sized or large-sized firm.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software like Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
