Internal Audit Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and make a significant contribution to our organization.

About the Role:
  • This position will be responsible for conducting internal audits in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring that all departments and functions are complying with relevant laws, regulations, and internal controls.
  • The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify weaknesses and irregularities in systems and recommend corrective actions.
  • You will work closely with management and other departments to resolve issues identified during audits and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough and objective audits of various business processes and functions.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for implementation.
  • Develop and implement audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of audit findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CA, or CIA certification preferred).
  • 9-10 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a senior auditor position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in accounting software and extremely proficient in MS Excel, MS Word.
