Quality Assurance Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our DevSecOps team. The role involves executing, supporting, and continuously improving quality assurance processes to ensure secure and reliable software delivery across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans for application interfaces and operations.
  • Maintain code quality metrics using Sonar Cloud.
  • Track defects from QA findings.
  • Conduct release readiness reviews and validate quality criteria prior to deployment.
  • Prepare audit artifacts for compliance and internal/external reviews.
Vulnerability Management
  • Perform vulnerability scanning and reporting using tools like Sonar Cloud and Visual Studio.
  • Support audit readiness and escalate unresolved blockers.
Collaboration & Support
  • Participate in weekly QA reviews and collaborate with Dev Leads, Ops, and Service teams.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for QA-related issues.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain system documentation and QA procedures.
  • Prepare weekly status reports detailing progress, testing tasks, and artifact collection.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth operation of QA processes within DevSecOps.
  • Support release coordination for enhancements and integrations.
  • Provide training and support to team members on QA tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
