Senior Financial Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to enhance our business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, particularly in the banking and financial services industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cross-selling products and services to both new and existing customers, based on their lifestyle, risk profiling, and requirements.
- Cross-sell products and services to both new and existing customers as per their lifestyle, risk profiling, and requirements.
- Adequate knowledge of the equity market and the dynamics of the broking business.
- Responsible for cross-selling products like Insurance, Mutual funds, PMS etc to the existing set of customers and building depth within the existing relationships.
- Activation of trading account of clients.
- Assisting new entrants in the equity market on the fundamentals of market.
- Business development through acquisition of high net-worth clients.
- Identifying customer needs and assessing their risk appetite.
- Achieving targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through equity.
- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when requires.
- Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions.
- Comprehensive financial planning and asset allocation and accordingly advising clients on investment products and services like Mutual Funds, Insurance or PMS etc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Experience in sales, particularly in the banking and financial services industry, is essential for this role.
A bachelor's degree in any field is required, with relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
