Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting professional to lead our financial operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving financial performance and improving operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, managers, and staff at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA or CMA certification.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
