Analytics Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Analytics to lead our data strategy and drive business growth through actionable insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a scalable data infrastructure to support large-scale analytics.
  • Develop and maintain standardized data views across mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations data streams.
  • Establish data governance frameworks and ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Build and mentor a cross-functional analytics team.
  • Partner with product, marketing, CRM, operations, and finance teams to ensure data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in data & analytics leadership with proven success in building data marts and defining enterprise-wide data consumption strategies.
  • Strong track record of running analytics across diverse data ecosystems.
  • Deep technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.
  • Hands-on experience with behavioral and transactional data integration.
  • Strong knowledge of modern data stack (SQL, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses, BI tools).
  • ML Competency: Familiarity with machine learning workflows and ability to guide data scientists in building predictive models.
