Insurance Sales Leadership Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Financial Advisors to drive insurance sales.

Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, guiding, and motivating the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

They will also provide regular updates on insurance products and sales processes, conduct training programs for better product understanding and sales techniques, and generate consistent business through the recruited advisors.

Additionally, they will monitor advisor performance, ensure alignment with company goals, and support advisors with field visits, joint calls, and customer interactions as needed.

  • Requirements:
  • Candidates with sales experience in BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in team handling, recruitment, or direct field sales preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven individuals with leadership potential.

They should have the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets, while also providing regular updates on insurance products and sales processes.
