Job Title:

Product Solutions Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional product experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Caliber products to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless on-site build installations and configurations.
  • Analyze customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to validate product performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Caliber products.
  • Maintain production builds and database maintenance plans.
  • Offer onsite support and customer call handling services.
  • Reproduce reported issues or test cases at offshore locations.
  • Perform patch updates and maintenance tasks.
  • Install training, UAT, and production builds.
  • Execute Operational Qualification tests.
  • Support customers during Performance Qualification (PQ) executions.
  • Configure interfaces as required.
  • Execute test scripts and assist in internal product validation.
  • Document issues and deviations from on-site validation.
  • Review validation outputs with customers and prepare summary reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pharma projects, preferably with an instrumentation background.
  • Excellent listening and analytical skills to understand customer queries.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to travel for implementation purposes.
  • Additional knowledge of QAMS/DMS/LIMS domains is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and oral presentation skills are essential.
  • Able to lead projects and teams effectively.
  • Commitment to assisting customers throughout the project execution process.
