Job Title: Business Performance Leader
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business performance and leading the team to achieve strategic objectives.
As a Business Performance Leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead the business unit and drive team performance. You will ensure that daily service level metrics are met while maintaining accuracy, providing mentorship, and meeting quality, customer experience, and efficiency requirements.
The position involves:
- Managing Team Performance: You will be responsible for managing claim personnel, including hiring, training, performance assessment, planning, delegation of workload, coaching, and motivating to improve work quality and quantity.
- Driving Strategy: You will ensure a deep understanding of practice and portfolio objectives and drive strategy for assigned portfolio. You will provide regular portfolio status updates and track KPIs/Metrics related to project tasks.
- Transformation Projects: You will drive transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, and benchmarking to make processes more efficient and effective.
- Customer Engagement: You will effectively engage with customers to understand and address pain points.
- Mentorship and Leadership: You will provide direction and mentorship to operations teams for goal delivery, promoting a learning culture, and building a solid team.
- Customer Relationships: You will align with customer goals and deliver on commitments consistently.
- Risk Management: You will foresee risks, be proactive, and predictive while developing mitigation plans.
- Revenue Growth: You will build impactful customer relationships, improve Net Promoter Score, maintain existing book of business, and drive revenue growth.
Mandatory Capabilities/Skills/Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 14 years of experience in relevant domain and skill.
- Complex Service Delivery: Experience managing complex service delivery, multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in L&A Domain, with extensive exposure to large team management.
- Project Execution: Ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and deliver projects on time and to budget.
