Job Summary
Lead high-performing sales teams, drive strategic market entry, and establish strong customer relationships to achieve revenue targets and maintain profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue
- Deliver exceptional results by hitting sales targets, maintaining profit margins, expanding presence through distributor and agent partnerships, and ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Market Strategy
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and competition, leveraging insights to inform entry and growth plans, and leading efforts to establish new business in target markets.
- Business Development
- Nurture key partnerships, negotiate contracts, manage the full order cycle, monitor payments, and facilitate communication across teams to meet company objectives.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing, to drive success and improve processes.
- Risk & Compliance
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to regulations and geopolitics, staying up-to-date on trade rules and advising teams accordingly.
- Experience & Skills
- Possess 5+ years of experience in international business development, preferably in the Middle East, with a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
