Senior Digital Project Manager Job Description

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day coordination and smooth operation of projects related to email marketing campaigns.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of tasks, understanding how all campaign pieces come together, and making sure everything is accomplished to task.

Work from home with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to oversee email development and deployment through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure:
  • Email content displays correctly across various email clients
  • Email content and links align with client submissions
  • Content is free from errors
  • Secure client approval for emails and address any necessary edits
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Guide clients on account protocols and provide clear answers to their questions
  • Process and upload distribution lists
  • Generate metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share them with clients
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds
  • Identify potential roadblocks or delays and implement strategies to ensure smooth project progression
  • Break down project tasks and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement changes
  • Analyze trends in client campaigns for reporting purposes and suggest areas for improvement
  • Occasionally develop educational tools, such as PowerPoint presentations, to inform clients about email marketing services and SOPs
