Senior Campaign Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Campaign Manager to lead our end-to-end campaign strategy, design and execute campaigns for postpaid and prepaid segments, develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, and analyze complex datasets to produce high-quality analytical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in telecom sector campaign management, minimum 2-3 years of business & technical analysis experience, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in SQL.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, working closely with development teams, conducting system audits, coordinating issue resolution, and presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Required qualifications include expertise in CRM systems and campaign management tools, knowledge of Martech solutions like Unica, SAS Marketing, Pega, Adobe, familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL), ability to read logs and work with JSON/SOAP API integrations.

Responsibilities also include writing complex SQL scripts, developing test scenarios with clients, and creating C-Level reports using Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, and English language proficiency at a B2 level.
