Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to strengthen our engagement with our growing community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our three websites, ensuring they remain fast, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand guidelines.

They will also design, build, and execute email campaigns via Mailchimp or similar platforms, setting up automated journeys and sequences, drafting and editing subject lines and body copy in collaboration with content leads.

The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of relevant experience in email marketing or CRM communications, preferably in nonprofits or campaigns.

They must demonstrate experience in website management, SEO optimization, and Google Workspace administration, as well as proficiency with Mailchimp, Mailerlite, ConvertKit, or similar tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in email marketing or CRM communications, preferably in nonprofits or campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in website management, SEO optimization, and Google Workspace administration
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp, Mailerlite, ConvertKit, or similar tools
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, automation, analytics, and deliverability best practices
  • Ability to draft clear, compelling copy in collaboration with content creators
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and UTM tracking for conversions
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and data privacy regulations
