Role Summary
  • The Workday Functional specialist provides global and local solutions to business problems and requirements outside of the country implementations.

This role requires a good understanding of the organisation's strategy, way of working and business architecture as well as an outside-in perspective. You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimising our Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, where the employee experience is one of our key focus areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • To be at the forefront of the exciting journey undertaken by the organisation and contribute immensely through your consulting skills for internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience with Workday Absence Time both hands on from a strategic standpoint.
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication skills with a proven track record.
  • Global experience would be a nice to have 'Core 'Job Profile Summary
  • Proven 4-6 years of experience in Workday implementation.
  • Experience in multiple Workday modules: Workday Core HCM and Absence Time are a must have.
  • Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM and Absence/or other modules.
  • Strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions.
  • Experience as Functional Consultant in at least 2 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Business Analytical skills - ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand.
  • Organized and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
