Job Title: Digital Solutions Specialist

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Solutions Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PHP, WordPress, and Magento, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions.

This role involves working on in-house EdTech platforms as well as developing websites for external clients. The successful candidate will be skilled in Astra and other templates, confident in handling development, testing, deployment, and support.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining websites for in-house EdTech projects and client assignments.
  • BUILDING RESPONSIVE AND ENGAGING WEBSITES USING PHP, WORDPRESS (ASTRA, ELEMENTOR, TEMPLATES), AND MAGENTO.
  • MANAGING THE FULL LIFECYCLE: DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, DEPLOYMENT, AND SUPPORT.
  • DEBUGGING, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND OPTIMISING WEBSITES FOR PERFORMANCE, SEO, AND SECURITY.
  • COLLABORATING WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS AND CLIENTS TO ENSURE QUALITY OUTCOMES.
  • KEEPING UP WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS AND EMERGING WEB TECHNOLOGIES.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on website development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress, Elementor, Astra, and Magento.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN END-TO-END PROJECT DELIVERY.
  • AABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND REMOTELY WHILE MANAGING MULTIPLE PROJECTS.

PREFERRED SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Experience with EdTech platforms or eCommerce websites.
  • Knowledge of SEO optimisation.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git).
