Strategic Digital Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Digital Solutions Analyst to play a pivotal role in the success of our global digital platform project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements for the global digital platform.

    ">

  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and technical teams, to elicit and prioritize business and functional requirements.

    ">

  • Engaging with global stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring that the platform meets their requirements and aligns with business objectives.

    ">

  • Developing comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRSs), user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide the development and implementation of the platform.

    ">

  • Conducting gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, and proposing solutions to bridge these gaps.

    ">

  • Analyzing data to support decision-making, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the platform.

    ">

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending enhancements to optimize platform performance and user experience.

    ">

  • Working closely with project managers, developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.

    ">

  • Participating in the development of test plans and scripts, and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the platform meets the defined requirements.

    ">

  • Supporting change management efforts by helping to define and document changes in business processes, and assisting in training and communication efforts.

  • Qualifications:

  1. ">

  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

    ">

  3. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on digital platforms, software development, or global projects.

    ">

  4. Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development life cycle (SDLC), and business analysis methodologies.

    ">

  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

    ">

  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    ">

  7. Experience with business analysis tools and software such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or equivalent.
