About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to work as a Business Analyst in our organization.

  • This is a 12-month contract with possible extension, providing an opportunity for growth and development in a global environment.

Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to identify their training needs and improve digital adoption, leveraging our Product Ecosystem.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using client Product Ecosystem.
  • Developing standards and guidelines for consistency in deliverables across projects will be a key responsibility.

Key Requirements:

  • A good technical or engineering degree, or relevant professional experience is required.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ReactJS, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, systems architecture, and security aspects is necessary.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity across geographies is essential.
  • Excellent spoken English skills are required, as frequent communication with North American clients is expected.

Preferred Skills:

  • Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, systems architecture, and security knowledge is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Icertis is desirable.
