Transformation Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in driving transformative change within assigned verticals and customers.

You will lead the improvement agenda, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver on strategic objectives. This includes partnering with Chief Operating Officers (COOs) and other key partners to create a continuous improvement agenda and drive execution.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with COO/Sr. GOL/Portfolio Owner to develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy.
  2. Work with operations teams to identify and capitalize on value-share and revenue assurance opportunities.
  3. Implement thorough and sustainable continuous improvement initiatives, delivering committed productivity gains and bad bench reductions.
  4. Program manage digital twin deployments in prioritized accounts within the vertical.
  5. Identify and prioritize digital use cases that drive business value.
  6. Align resources to stabilize and grow mega wins.
  7. De-risk operations through effective risk management and best practice frameworks.
  8. Orchestrate operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor to optimize short-term results and long-term value creation.
  9. Hold self and organization accountable for delivering on client commitments.

  • The intellectual agility and curiosity needed to bring innovative perspectives and approaches to complex challenges.
  • Proven track record of managing delivery, operations, or teams; seasoned leader who thrives on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to operate effectively with senior leaders, build strong internal networks, and deliver high-impact programs in complex environments.
  • Decisiveness and comfort in taking calculated risks when working with ambiguity.
  • Digital savviness with high levels of consultative selling skills.
