**Job Description:**

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team.

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the success of our digital technologies, tools, and platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a technology ambassador for electrical distribution offers, ensuring their adoption and integration into our business operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support sales teams in customer conversion by providing expert advice and guidance on digital solutions.
  • Understand customer needs, specifications, and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Preset sales and application support for products and solutions, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Drive technological evolution with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Prescribe strategies for profitability growth for respective offers in the region, leveraging your expertise in digital transformation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • In-depth understanding of customer segments (PB, OEM, Contractors) and market segments, including their needs and preferences.
  • Knowledge of electrical power distribution networks (MV&LV both), including designing philosophy and connected products.
  • Technical competencies: In-depth knowledge of power distribution offers (VCB, ACB, MCCBs, Switching & Controlling, Transfer Switches & FD); their standards and digital applications.
  • Power management offers (Energy Meters, PFC Components, AHFs).
  • LV Panels and its applications.
  • Discrete/Process Automation offers.
