Strategic Content Creator

We're looking for a skilled content creator to join our team. As a key member of our social media department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement and grows our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content calendar that showcases our brand's personality and resonates with our audience
  • Create high-quality content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Threads
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and editors to produce engaging and emotionally resonant content
  • Monitor trends and cultural conversations, and incorporate them into our content strategy in a way that feels authentic and native
  • Write compelling captions, copy, and hooks that reflect our brand's voice and tone

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, label, artist, or entertainment company
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative execution and ability to adapt to different formats and styles
  • Deep understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and engage with content
  • Passion for music and storytelling, with the ability to build emotional resonance with our audience
  • Fast, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with experience working under tight timelines and deadlines
