We are currently seeking an experienced and accomplished Java technology lead to spearhead our software development projects.

About the Role

This position is designed for a seasoned developer who possesses exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong vision to drive complex Java projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement robust backend systems utilizing Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  • Lead and manage diverse development teams, ensuring high standards of code quality and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Reactjs) with backend systems.
  • Mentor developers and facilitate technical skill growth within the team.
  • Promote alignment between team efforts and strategic objectives, driving business outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in Java development, including backend system architecture and API design.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, managing diverse development teams and spearheading complex Java projects.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Apache Struts.
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies, relational databases, and DevOps tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipeline deployment.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), web technologies (HTTP, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML), and banking domain knowledge.
