**Job Title:** Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Developer to lead the design and development of backend services for integrated payment products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable and secure APIs using Golang, as well as experience with AML processes, system latency optimization, and PCI DSS compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Secure APIs: Design and develop secure and performant APIs (REST/gRPC) for internal and external consumption.
  • Collaborate on AML Processes: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure AML processes are implemented efficiently in Golang-based systems.
  • Optimize System Latency: Optimize system latency to preserve and enhance customer experience during high-throughput operations.
  • Implement PCI DSS Compliance: Implement and enforce PCI DSS compliance, including appropriate security headers and authentication mechanisms.
  • Troubleshoot Complex Integrations: Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges with third-party platforms.
Requirements:
  • Backend Development Experience: 8+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
  • Golang Expertise: Strong experience with Nest.JS and Golang in production environments.
  • Payment Solution Integration: Proven experience in integrating payment solutions with third-party platforms.
  • Secure Communication: Deep understanding of REST APIs and gRPC, including authentication and secure communication.
  • AML Systems Experience: Practical experience working on AML systems using Golang.
  • PCI DSS Standards: Strong understanding and experience implementing PCI DSS standards and secure backend practices.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in diagnosing and reducing latency in complex systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fintech Industry Experience: Prior experience working in fintech, banking, or regulated industries.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Observability Tools: Knowledge of observability and performance monitoring tools.
