Senior Backend Developer Capital Markets

Description :

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with extensive experience in capital markets to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend systems that support our financial applications, ensuring high performance and :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems for capital market applications.

- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Implement and optimize database schemas and queries to support application functionality.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the backend systems through proper testing and validation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the backend architecture.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 6- 12 years of experience in backend development, preferably in the capital markets domain.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance optimization.
