The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend systems that support our financial applications, ensuring high performance and :- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems for capital market applications.- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.- Implement and optimize database schemas and queries to support application functionality.- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the backend systems through proper testing and validation.- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the backend architecture.Skills and Qualifications :- 6- 12 years of experience in backend development, preferably in the capital markets domain.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.- In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.- Solid understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance optimization.
