About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to lead our PHP development team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade PHP applications.

Our ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in backend development with strong expertise in PHP (Laravel or CodeIgniter), advanced OOP concepts, API integration, MySQL tuning, and architectural familiarity with modular services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PHP Development: Proficiency in PHP (Laravel or CodeIgniter) with hands-on experience in leading backend module development.
  • Modern PHP: Familiarity with PHP 8 features, including union types, named arguments, and attributes.
  • OOP Concepts: Strong command over inheritance, traits, method overriding, and abstract classes.
  • Database Management: Experience in managing relational databases, including query optimization, index creation, and performance troubleshooting.
  • API Integration: Knowledge of RESTful APIs, including authentication, error handling, and data formatting.
