Senior Backend Developer - Golang Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services using Golang.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Golang.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Architecture: Architect scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Database Management: Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching technologies (Redis, Memcached).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of backend development experience, with at least 5+ years in Golang.
  • Concurrency and Performance: Strong understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning in Golang.
  • Microservices and API Development: Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and API development.
  • Databases: Proficiency in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Messaging Queues: Knowledge of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) is a plus.
  • Testing and CI/CD: Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have:

  • GraphQL or gRPC: Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
