Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned leader to spearhead our India operations. This position involves strategic oversight, business growth, and team management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in freight forwarding, warehousing, and logistics. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a pan-India strategy, driving business expansion across various verticals, and scaling integrated distribution solutions.

  • Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-performance team with structured KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Commercial and Strategic Responsibilities:
  • Develop a national strategy aligned with global growth objectives.
  • Drive warehousing expansion and integrated distribution solutions.
  • Scale IOR/EOR services and expand business across chemicals, steel, automotive, and defense verticals.
  • Strengthen project logistics practice and incubate 4PL control tower solutions.
  • Expand road logistics and partial truckload services, integrating warehousing and distribution for high-margin domestic solutions.
Candidate Profile

We require an experienced professional with:

  • 12–15 years of leadership experience in freight forwarding, warehousing, or integrated logistics in India.
  • Strong exposure to chemical logistics / regulated supply chains (pharma, auto, defense).
  • Proven P&L management and experience scaling operations nationally.
  • Deep understanding of customs, bonded warehousing, and multimodal transport.
  • Track record of leading large, multi-location teams.
