Data Analyst Position Overview

The role of Data Analyst is crucial in designing, developing, and enforcing data models and naming standards across all deliverables. This position will play a key part in shaping the organization's approach to data management.

  • Designing and developing data models to meet reporting and analytics needs.
  • Reverse and forward engineering business legacy data models.
  • Communicating technical data integration requirements, designs, and decisions to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and developing data lineage with or without pre-existing documentation.
  • Creating and maintaining current and target state data integration models and flows.
  • Developing an understanding of Business processes and corresponding system architecture.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data modeling, database design, and data architecture.
  • Experience in the Banking Domain is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of data modeling, data lineage, and data standards. They will be proficient in tools such as ER Studio, Informatica, Oracle Database, Tableau, and Microsoft PowerBI.
