Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Product Launch Manager to spearhead the successful introduction of our innovative SaaS products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing launch strategies that drive market impact and customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscapes, ensuring data-driven strategies.
  • Define positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive product launch roadmap, detailing timelines, stakeholders, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, drive sales enablement, and oversee channel strategies to create awareness and demand.
  • Analyze results, iterate, and refine strategy to maximize product launch effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product launch management, product marketing, or related strategic roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering timely and detail-oriented results.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and rally teams.
  • Familiarity with product launch frameworks, including positioning, messaging, and distribution channels.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches from inception to execution.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and CRM platforms.
