Job Title: Market Development Specialist

Main responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies to build awareness and generate demand. These strategies are comprised of digital, offline, and event-based approaches.

Key tasks involve planning and coordinating product launches, workshops, and participation in industry conferences and exhibitions. Additionally, creating marketing materials and presentations is a crucial aspect of the role.

The role also involves analyzing customer needs, current market trends, and market potential. Furthermore, assessing competitor offerings and identifying opportunities for differentiation is essential.

Another important responsibility is analyzing project performance and submitting accurate forecasts for production. This includes demo stock management, new product launch coordination, and ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

The role also entails providing product training to Sales and Marketing teams internally and end-users externally. Regular reporting to update activities and progress is also required.

Market Development involves planning, coordinating, and executing business programs to create pull in the market for the entire range of IC products. Responsibilities include launching new products or product lines and conducting and executing symposiums/marketing programs/CME/conferences from initiation to execution in consultation with the sales/head-marketing.

Training Support involves being responsible for training the IC product line. Initiating, conducting, and facilitating internal product and technical training for sales and other team members/distributors to meet objectives is a key part of this responsibility.

Sales Support involves supporting the sales team with product knowledge, training, and strategic selling tools. Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities with consumables and equipment bundles is also crucial.

In addition to these responsibilities, the role also requires tracking sales, organizing stocks, maintaining and analyzing sales data, handling complaints related to products, and performing other duties as assigned by seniors/management to support the team.
