**Job Title:** Product Visionary

Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Product Visionary to lead the development of our Debit Card product suite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting a compelling product roadmap that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6+ years of experience in consumer-facing product management, preferably in card product management at leading consumer banks.
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs and develop a product strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product solutions from concept to launch, including PRDs, BRDs, and post-launch metrics analysis.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong analytical mindset, capable of deriving insights and making informed product decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Long-term vision and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of customer and business needs.
  • Experience in partnerships and alliances, with a proven ability to source and manage relationships that drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of solutioning and internal system architecture, with the ability to design user journeys and product features that meet customer needs.
