Job Title:

AI Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Product Strategist to lead the development and launch of cutting-edge AI products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps, conduct market research, and analyze trends to identify customer needs and opportunities for new AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in product management, with exposure to AI/ML applications being highly desirable. They should have a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as natural language processing, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs), and be familiar with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong communication skills and the ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product features are essential.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify customer needs and opportunities for new AI solutions.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and use cases based on customer feedback and business goals.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into user-friendly features and business value propositions.
  • Monitor product performance and gather data-driven insights to optimize adoption and engagement.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and customer training for AI applications.
  • Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Product Management Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing technology products, with exposure to AI/ML applications being highly desirable.
  • Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs). Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Strategic Thinking: Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with engineering, design, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
