Digital Product Design Expert

We're seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to spearhead the development of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for clean and artful design, superior UI skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.
The successful Design Visionary will be responsible for designing and delivering outstanding user experiences across our web and mobile applications. This includes leading the design process from concept to execution, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features.
Requirements:
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience designing for accessibility and internationalization.
