Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of fintech products and platforms.
  • Drive technical decision-making and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Work closely with product, business, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and timely delivery of product features.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, and financial systems.
  • Establish and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead/architect role.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and database design.
  • Experience with fintech, payments, lending platforms, or BFSI domain is beneficial.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
