Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing scalable, secure and efficient cloud solutions using expertise in Google Cloud Platform infrastructure and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design deploy and manage GCP infrastructure supporting business applications and services.
  • Implement and maintain DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines automation and monitoring.
  • Optimize cloud resources for performance scalability and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure security and compliance of cloud environments by implementing best practices and policies.
  • Collaborate with development operations and security teams to deliver seamless cloud solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on the latest GCP and DevOps trends tools and technologies driving innovation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in GCP infrastructure and DevOps.
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD pipelines automation and containerization.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security networking and cost optimization strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps roles.
  • Relevant GCP certifications such as Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Professional DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions.
