Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead to lead the design, development, and configuration of applications utilizing Snowflake Data Warehouse.

This role requires balancing hands-on technical proficiency with team management skills to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
  2. Lead, guide, and manage the development team to deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Drive decision-making within the team and across multiple stakeholder groups.
  4. Collaborate with business and technical teams to align application development with organizational objectives.
  5. Provide effective solutions to complex technical and project-related challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data querying techniques.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to modern data integration tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
