Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate complex issues and technologies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Drive end-to-end solutions from inception to deployment, staying abreast of cutting-edge research trends in Deep Learning, Vision, and NLP.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building complete ML products, including problem analysis, data selection, and production deployment.
  • Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in deep learning, computer vision, and NLP are necessary.
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate algorithms.
  • Experience working with text-only and multimodal SLMs, including finetuning and building robust eval pipelines.
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like Keras, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
  • Good programming skills, especially relevant to building robust ML models.
  • Domain experience in Fintech is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Publishing experience in top-tier conferences and journals is considered an asset.
