Job Title: Visionary Creative Leader

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary creative leader to lead the visual and aesthetic direction across our brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving concept development, leading creative teams, and ensuring world-class execution.

  • Creative Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a strong visual language and art direction that is consistent across all campaigns – from print and digital to film, AV, and experiential.
    • Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to generate bold, effective ideas and campaign platforms that are rooted in insight and executed with finesse.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and inspire a team of art directors, designers, and visualizers to foster a culture of creative excellence, mentorship, and continuous learning.
    • Skillfully manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Present and articulate creative ideas to clients, offering a strategic rationale and building trust through clear communication, creative passion, and a collaborative mindset.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • A proven portfolio showcasing award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • Excellent knowledge of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
