As a visionary leader, the Business Manager-Design will spearhead the design process for multiple projects simultaneously.

This key team member will be responsible for managing a team of designers to ensure timely completion and high-quality output. Effective time management, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential qualities for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage designing projects effectively

  • Provide training and mentorship to designers as needed
  • Facilitate design discussions and drive creative solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • Master's degree or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful residential or interior projects
