Product Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Visionary to lead our design team in shaping the future of our products and services. As a key member of our business unit, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and content strategists to define problems & goals;
  • Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business needs;
  • Run projects end-to-end with engineers to drive your team's vision to the finish line;
  • Create new interactions that are intuitive, practical, and convergent;
  • Solve complex interactions through prototyping or motion design;
  • Lead a product charter and mentor designers or interns;
  • Storytelling and communicating effectively, openly, and often;
  • Swiftly and smoothly move from strategy to ideation to execution;
  • Help hire and grow the team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on leadership roles;
  • Proven track record of designing and launching successful products;
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
