We're seeking a pioneering Chief Relationship Officer to drive the launch of our algorithmic trading product in India.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the financial landscape, leveraging your expertise in algorithmic trading platforms and regulatory frameworks.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding us through the entire lifecycle of launching our product, including strategic input on product positioning, compliance setup, technology stack selection, broker relationships establishment, and go-to-market strategies development.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong academic foundation in computer science or quantitative disciplines, as well as proven experience in algorithmic trading platforms within the Indian stock market ecosystem.

Your deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, integration with broker APIs, order execution systems, latency considerations, risk management mechanisms, backtesting strategies, and client onboarding flows will be invaluable assets in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with SEBI and stock exchange regulations, ensuring our product meets all necessary requirements.
  • Integration and Technology: Collaborate with brokers to integrate our API, selecting the best technology stack for seamless order execution and risk management.
  • Product Development: Work closely with our team to develop and deploy our algorithmic trading system, incorporating feedback from clients and regulators.
  • Client Onboarding: Design user-friendly experiences for traders, streamlining the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
