Product Visionary

Our organization requires a skilled Product Owner to develop and maintain a clear product roadmap. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product requirements, creating user stories, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality features.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will translate product strategy into actionable tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution. You will own and prioritize the product backlog, managing dependencies and stakeholder expectations to meet business objectives.

  • Backlog Management: Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria based on the product roadmap and business value.
  • Agile Execution: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Requirements Clarification: Serve as the primary point of contact for development team questions, providing clarification and a deeper understanding of user stories and business requirements.
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies, ensuring engineers can build solutions with minimal ambiguity.
  • Acceptance & Testing: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets the definition of done and original requirements before release to QA or production.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.
  • Technical Empathy: Understand technical implications of product decisions and work with engineering to manage technical debt and ensure sustainable development practices.
Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to unblock teams and keep projects moving forward.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Computer Science).
