Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing manual and automation testing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing manual and automation testing to ensure product quality
  • Developing and maintaining test cases, plans, and scripts
  • Conducting functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Identifying and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail
  • Collaborating with development and product teams to align on requirements and fixes
  • Working with CI/CD pipelines and contributing to automation testing
  • Validating networking-related features and ensuring ITIL/ITSM compliance
  • Analyzing logs, supporting root cause analysis, and suggesting improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in QA, preferably in ITSM or networking products
  • A strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus)
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript
