Automation Test Engineer

BrightEdge aims to deliver exceptional results by leveraging innovative technology. To achieve this goal, we need a skilled Automation Test Engineer who can ensure high product quality through automation testing efforts.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives and identify potential issues early in the lifecycle. They will work closely with automation engineers to improve CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage.

The Automation Test Engineer will lead root cause analyses of production issues, drive systemic improvements, and report key quality metrics to stakeholders. They will champion continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release retrospectives. They will promote a strong customer-first quality mindset across engineering and encourage self-learning within the QA team.

  • Proficient in Automation (80-90% of day in/out).
  • Experience with Selenium/Playwright.
  • Proficient in Python/Java.
  • Jenkins or other CI/CD experience.
  • API Automation experience.
