Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Test Development Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and experience in migrating test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform.

  • Migrate existing test programs from Teradyne J750, ETS 88, and Microflex to the NI STS platform.
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new environment using C# as the primary programming language.
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.
  • Perform statistical data analysis using tools to ensure proper test program correlation.
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain communication regarding project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of industry experience in IC Test, or equivalent field.
  • Strong experience in semiconductor test engineering and practices.
  • Proficiency in C++/C# is essential.
  • Solid understanding of test program development and debugging.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience with both Teradyne (J750, Microflex, ETS 88) and NI STS platforms.
  • Familiarity with statistical data analysis SAS tools such as JMP.
