**Electrical Engineering Team Lead - Semiconductor Foundry**

Tata Electronics is revolutionizing the semiconductor industry with a cutting-edge state-of-the-art foundry, utilizing AI-enabled technologies to produce high-performance computing logic and advanced chips for various markets.

The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians in the Wafer Electrical Test (E-Test) and Wafer Sort Test module, ensuring quality compliance across 28nm to 110nm nodes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale production teams and mentor high-performing professionals.
  • Strong understanding of device physics, process modules, yield improvement, and failure mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience with Etest Program and/or equipment, and ability to analyze and interpret data from Etest structures.
  • Deep experience with Wafer Electrical and Sort Test programs and tools.
  • Familiarity with load boards, probecards, SMUs, and equipment hardware and software.
Job Description:

Manage a 24x7 production test floor team, define floorplans, and ensure capacity with Facilities and Industrial Engineering teams. Drive process improvements, test time reduction, and debug algorithm efficiency.

Desired Experience Level:
  • 12+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry and leading cross-functional projects, teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and testing new technologies into high-volume production.
  • Proven structured problem-solving skills using design of experiments, 8D, and bench tools.
