Job Overview
As a skilled HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leading our team of Operation Executives, managing client relationships, and acquiring new requirements from clients while delivering current requirements by coordinating with Recruitment Teams and Managers.
This strategic role requires a highly effective team player who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop targeted sourcing strategies, oversee seamless onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with company policies during onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensure timely hiring, and design effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Onboarding and Induction: Oversee a smooth onboarding experience, coordinate comprehensive induction programs for new hires, and guarantee compliance with company policies during onboarding.
- HR Operations Management, Payroll Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, manage HR workflows including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Performance Management and Development: Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans, and address performance-related issues effectively.
- Employee Relations and Engagement Strategies: Foster a positive work environment, resolve employee grievances and conflicts, and plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Training and Development Programs: Identify training needs based on operational goals, coordinate training sessions and skill development programs, track training effectiveness and employee progress.
- Statutory Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (labor laws, safety standards), prepare regular HR reports for management review, and maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data.
- HR Policy Implementation and Communication: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, communicate policies effectively to all employees, monitor adherence, and recommend improvements.

- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in an operations or recruitment role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
