Job Title: RPA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotic Process Automation (RPA) developer to join our team. As an RPA developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that drive business efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in robotic process automation, with a strong background in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing banking systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for RPA processes, including process flow diagrams, technical specifications, and test cases.
  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA implementation and performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in robotic process automation, with hands-on experience in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Experience working on RPA projects within the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
  • Solid understanding of banking processes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
