RPA Automation Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA automation specialist to design, develop, and deploy innovative automation solutions that drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze complex processes, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Create comprehensive documentation (PDD, SDD, technical specs, user guides) to ensure transparency and maintainability of automation workflows.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing automation workflows, leveraging expertise in RPA concepts and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement automation governance processes, ensuring scalability, reusability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor bot performance, provide support and maintenance for deployed automations, and continuously improve process efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with a strong foundation in software development principles.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in UiPath development, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and lifecycle, with the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world problems.
  • Familiarity with Orchestrator and automation governance processes, as well as problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create clear, concise documents that facilitate effective collaboration.
